I was responsible for the overall creative output of the region, for leading and growing the design team and ensuring the creative side of the business balanced with the commercial. As part of the Leadership team I helped develop and grow the business from 3 to a busy studio of over 25 individuals. Clients included: ANZ, Melbourne Heart, Nike, Just Group, City of Bendigo, the National Sports Museum, Metalicus, ACMI, Federation Square and the Department of Justice.--Elmwood is the worlds most effective brand design consultancy, with studios in Melbourne, Singapore, London, Leeds and New York.

United Kingdom

Working on a diverse range of projects for clients including: BBC, Harley Gallery, Celtic Football Club, Hewlett Packard, Royal Mail, Serious** and a lone dog walker from Ilkley. Highlight was winning best corporate identity in the UK.

In my four years at The Chase I was lucky enough to work with three of the UK's best creative directors - Richard Scholey, Alan Herron and Ben Casey. I was the first designer to be employed at the fledgling Leeds office, winning 3 D&AD's in my first year. --The Chase is one of only a handful of agencies to get something into D&AD every year of its existence. Continually recognised as one of the most creative agencies in the UK.

A year in northern Italy splitting my time between design and the beach. Working on a number of international fashion brands including Diesel, Nordstrum and Henry Cottons.

My first mad month in London after graduating. An enjoyable yet tiring (living 63 miles out in Kent didn't help) experience working with Dominic and Harry (now part of Pentagram)

A really fun month in my second year at Uni. Working on a variety of projects including Jackie Stewart's new F1 Team brand.

After a raft of interviews (in Pop Idol fashion) I was selected from everyone in my year to do a 1 month placement. I learned a hell of alot in a very short period and discovered the delights of Farringdon in the process.
