Worked for Department of Corrections in an industry facing role to generate increased activity in Prison Industries by working with companies and industry organisations to set up industries inside prisons. Involved in four main industry areas:- Primary Industries- Building and construction - Manufacturing - Internal prison work - kitchens, laundry, asset maintenance Strategy and Capability Building Consultant After a rewarding and successful 15 years leading one of New Zealand’s largest Industry Training Organisations, Primary IT0, work with organisations to help them develop their people capability and service delivery.I have built a reputation as being a trusted adviser who delivers on commitments.Key areas of expertise • Educational funding system • Vocational education and training implementation , including international • Strategy development • Business realignment • People capability building .
