Managed program cost, schedule, quality, performance, processes and subcontract activities for many programs totaling $20M per year. Examples include: 30mm ammunition handling system, 40mm ammunition handling system and an auxilliary power and cooling system, all designed for tank environments.• Performed monthly executive reviews for senior management which highlighted performance across all programs and focused on performance gaps in key areas. Following the review, led a collaborative solution development process with key stakeholders. • Performed monthly Estimates to Complete and Estimates at Complete for all programs. This provided an up to date estimate of hours to complete key steps, along with costs associated with completion. This provided an early signal to ensure financial targets were met. • Generated and maintained an Integrated Master Schedule. Held team accountable to program milestones.• Conducted weekly progress meetings and facilitated customer meetings and reviews. • Assisted in new business opportunities by proposal writing and preparing cost estimates.• Negotiated cost proposals with customers. Successfully negotiated a production contract valued at $42M.

Technical lead for the mechanical, electrical and software systems for various ammunition handling systems. Performed the engineering tasks associated with requirements, schedule, design, test and manufacture for these systems.• Headed a design team of 12 engineers to a successful development of an 120mm autoloader. Performed EVMS on this $25M program. Technical lead for two major subcontractors totaling over $10M.• Led a design team of seven engineers to design, develop and deliver a 105mm autoloader in six months. The area of procurement was a particular concern and required daily status and problem solving discussions. Typical time to complete this work was 18 months. • Successfully directed the design and development of a 40mm ammunition handling system with a team of eight engineers, all work was completed under budget of $5M.• Led a team of four engineers in the development and demonstration of a 30mm ammunition handling system.

Responsible for development and maintenance of quick disconnect and hose assembly product line. Implemented process and product improvements. Technical point of contact for outside sales and customer support. Management duties include full supervision of two design engineers.
