Under supervision of a pharmacist, performs tasks including compounding medications, transferring prescriptions, sending telephone encounters to other health providers, managing pharmacy logs, and checking controlled inventories. Responsible for pharmacy tasks including order/data entry, filling, POS, and consulting on medications.

Assisted Dr. Tim Higham, Ph.D, post-docs and graduate students inside the lab studying biomechanics of reptiles and fish. Using MATLAB, I digitized high-speed videos of fish predator-prey interactions and reptile locomotion as well as assisted graduate students in the filming of anoles. I also pursued a personal study comparing running and jumping locomotive strategies in anoles.

As a staff photographer for The Highlander, UC Riverside’s student-run weekly newspaper, I photographed local events and activities on- and off-campus and worked with a large staff of writers and photographers to produce an issue once a week.

Assisted the pharmacist and technicians in filing prescriptions, creating labels for products, and clerical duties around the pharmacy. Worked with computer databases by digitally archiving prescriptions and observe patient interactions with the staff.
