At Pratt & Whitney, I am responsible for the company’s SG&A budget and leading the group functions through a transformation journey to find new, effective and efficient ways to work.

At Pratt & Whitney, I provide legal support to Pratt & Whitney’s Transformation & Strategy team, which includes mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, digital collaboration and cyber security, and company-wide transformative initiatives. Also, responsible for collaborating on implementing controls to protect the company’s proprietary, controlled defense, privacy and export information.

At Pratt & Whitney, I partner with business to provide proactive and transactional compliance support, including focus on international deployment of military programs and oversight of international compliance regulations.

At Pratt & Whitney, I provide strategic leadership to Legal and Compliance organization, including oversight of annual compliance roadmap, assessments, training, communications and digital compliance.

At Pratt & Whitney, I oversee International Trade Compliance function Operations team, including export license application and management, jurisdiction and classification and import/export transactions. Also, manage ITC aspects of M&A work, including CFIUS.

At Pratt & Whitney, I am responsible for International Trade Compliance policy deployment, self-assessment program development and general advice & counsel to the business on specific issues.
