Was Lead Designer on an unannounced Vita Social Game and designed the Playstation Home Seasonal Events and various Playstation Home projects including player Premium content, reward systems and social hooks.Managed the Design team and was part of the company’s Management team

Adapted the game fiction as told through a playable experience using visual themes, character lore, cinematics and scripted events, objectives and big beats for a new game franchise.I worked alongside the Combat Team to create the rules and metrics of the gameplay experience and formula for FPS Level Design along with various in-game systems such as player abilities, objective system and meta-game feedback.I also created budgets and priorities for Props, cinematics and mesh whilst defining the themes and pacing of the fiction and missions for the Mesh and Art teams, while constantly working closely with the Audio, Mesh, Prop and Concept Art teams, creating briefs for direction.
