SRC supported 30+ million in revenues and offered a call center, sales support desk, dispatch center, purchasing desk, human resources and other business development programs for clients. Standard Resources Center reached into SC, NC and GA.

Parent company for Mr. Central home services companies and Standard Resource Center, LLC. Mr. Central provided electrical, solar and HVAC services to residential and commercial clients in NC, SC and GA while Standard Resource Center provided the centralized administrative support infrastructure for all locations.

Responsible for establishing feeder fund structure for domestic (United States) investors to access the Bucephale Legends Fund, a $250 million hedge fund of funds. During this time I worked diligently to raise capital through institutional partners and private investors throughout the United States.

Using the Merrill Lynch platform I built and managed an investment advisory practice focused on advising high net worth families and privately-held small and middle market companies. Using debt and equity structures we were able to assist these families with concentrated positions in privately-held companies diversify their risk with a three (3) stage process; establishing a value, structuring and funding the transaction and protecting proceeds using a well thought out investment strategy.
