- Managed a team of 60-80 part time instructors teaching 2000+ students yearly, including all hiring and training.- Led development of online audition administration tool, resulting in a more efficient, automated user experience and improved audition evaluation process.- Developed and evolved strengths-based, feedback-friendly training process for evaluating and hiring new teachers, leading to a strong, engaged staff that kept our school as the best in the business. - Worked with LA team to revamp curriculum and develop new school-wide policies.

- Automated process using UNIX Shell Script to parse nightly stock feeds (OATS and OTS) to correct erroneous data or fix incorrect formatting.
