- From 2020 to 2024, I I quickly sped through the ranks at Maxus Properties, being hand selected by my regional as a Manager in Training and underperforming asset manager where I would travel nationally to implement structure, procedures, rebuild teams, fix the delinquency, and build budgets for the assets to perform at a high level.
