Over the past 8 years, I have worked at Concentrix and Cognizant, providing customer service with a great sense of responsibility. At Concentrix, I worked for one and a half years, developing problem-solving and complaint management skills. For the following 7 years, I worked at Cognizant where I further developed my communication and teamwork skills, enabling me to provide excellent customer service at all times. At both companies, I was responsible for ensuring that customer needs were effectively and efficiently met, giving me extensive experience in customer service and handling difficult customers.
