As the Head of Design at Neat Ventures, I oversee the design and user experience teams. I not only create a vision for the design team, but the agency as a whole by establishing processes and practices for realizing that vision. Our team focuses on utilizing desing systems and experience principles to build scalable, usable products for our funded startups. I also focus on recruiting and hiring, company culture, processes and practices, vision, and representing the design outside of the agency.
