AchievementsMy recent product launch of a toilet cleaning powder with an NSV of £4m and has become a winner of a Grocer magazine annual award for 2016.I have lead the technical team to deliver cost saving projects of formulation changes that maintain quality standards. This has netted savings to the business of £300k. Last 10 months acting R&D Director for maternity cover, responsible for leading a team of 17 in a change environment. I managed a small team to develop new and improve existing toiletries for supermarket private label products. This included formulation and testing of a range of personal care products including new products in the Natural and Organic area.

In this position I was responsible for the design, development and production of an innovative gas pipe repair systems. This meant understanding and using specialist sealants, engineering and electronics. The system I developed and produced was very successful and the Company gained the Queens Award for Industry and the Prince of Wales Award for Innovation.

Responsible for development and testing of a very wide range of industrial adhesives and sealants.
