Charger Data Acquisition and Control (CDAC)• Design, code, and test a free-standing PC database application written in Progress and C languages to communicate with, control, and collect data from industrial battery charger control modules.• Responsible for the continuous improvement, support, documentation, training, and sales assistance of CDAC.• Team leader for development of an electronic forklift identification unit for use by CDAC. 250CII Battery Charger Controller• Develop the hardware and software of an industrial battery charger control unit utilizing AC and DC input power sources and an 8-bit RISC microcontroller.• Incorporate customer requirements, low material costs, and ease-of-manufacturability.• Conduct electrical and environmental testing, prepare test set requirements, and author owner’s manual.
