Implementing strategic business development and creating strong sustainable strategic relationships with regional and national customers, reducing their bottom line and enhancing service. In doing so, I now have an extensive network of business leaders/contacts, partner/supplier organisations and industry experts.A capable and experienced networker, I have worked extensively in the B2B field for over 25 yrs and the water industry for 39 yrs. Building relationships with many many consultants, TPI's, service partners and suppliers, with established business contacts from Director level down in many organisations. - if I don't know the answer, I'll know someone who does.Passionate about delivering the best service possible, this has contributed to successfully achieving an impressive commercial track record, wherever I have operated. Furthermore, my technical background in water and waste water, along with civil engineering qualifications, enhances my reputation with clients, providing a 'go to' person that they can trust.In 1999/2000 this was recognised by being made YW's Colleague of the Year - receiving support from Kelda Chairman (Kevin Whiteman), KWS MD (Paul Wynn) and CBI Regional Chair (Penny Hemming).I've also launched a number of retention and added value initiatives, managed corporate hospitality and events.
