Has a manager I was responsible for training, running impact’s, payroll, team night, and going into the field setting the peace. And has an Account Manager I was responsible for training in the office and in the field, I also learned how to build a team and maintaining my sales leading from the front. As an assistant manager I learned how to do payroll, scheduling and how to run my own office.

As a third-party sales rep I take care of the customer’s needs and not just for Cox services for anything that that need in the store. My time with cox I have become an ambassador for the team. Going to different stores helping as needed with the training of others or just to help the store with the numbers. For the last 6 months I have been at 200% to goal on revenue and psu. in September I was 400% to goal and I am happy to say I have won the dash and going to rising star.
