Beasley has a proven background for success in strategic management with more than 40 years’ experience in commercial banking, finance, real estate, capital markets and business management. His background includes extensive due diligence of bank acquisitions, de-novo banks, strategic planning, risk management, acquisition/supervision, sales of large and small complex banks and commercial portfolios. Beasley’s financial background began in the early 80's with the Farm Credit System where he worked over 17 years as Branch Manager, Manager of special assets for FCS of Western AR and Manager of large loans for the Farm Credit Banks of St. Louis and St. Paul for the states of Arkansas, Missouri, and Illinois. He has substantial experience in acquisition and supervision of large loan portfolios and failed bank receiverships across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. As a Supervisor and Project Manager, Beasley has coordinated the servicing, review and disposition of multi billions of commercial loans and assets, as well as supervising a large staff of lenders/asset managers/servicing professionals. Beasley brings an extensive portfolio of project management, legal, loan examination, safety and soundness examination, strategic planning, capital markets, structured financing, and project management of financial institutions under receivership. For the past 25+ years he has worked in various commercial banking roles including bank management, private bank consultation and examiner in charge of large and small bank examinations. With over 5 years’ experience as a receivership assistance contractor for the FDIC. He has also managed a large volume and number of loans in litigation. His legal experience includes supervising litigation process with the oversight of more than 80 law firms across the United States and Puerto Rico.His existing role as President of Global Entities also includes the role of Chief Financial Officer for Trade Mark Homes, 1st Star Construction, 1st Star Exteriors and 1st Star Realty which is an alliance of numerous business entities which focuses on partnership expansion and investment opportunities. He is also an avid supporter of Influencers Global Ministries (Influencers.org). He is currently a board member of Journey Feature Films, LLC who is in pre-production of a movie, based on the faith-based book The Journey to the Inner Chamber. We anticipate filming to occur in Northwest Arkansas within the next year.
