The CC operates in London and is intended to reduce the flow of traffic into and around the city centre between the hours of 07:00 -18:00 Monday to Friday. The LEZ operates to encourage the most polluting heavy diesel vehicles driving in London to become cleaner. The LEZ covers most of Greater London and is in operation 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.on desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones. which provided an improved range of options for payments customers as well as updating the ‘look and feel’ of the TfL OnLine internet site. My role in a demanding and challenging Programme is to liaise with a large number of 3rd Party Suppliers to ensure defect fixes are provided in an agreed and controlled manner. I manage 2 other Defect Managers and 5 Defect Integrators and run Daily triages with Suppliers to ensure fixes are on track for delivery, and fix dates are provided as soon as possible.HP ALM 11 is the tool used to store requirements, test scripts and test plans, and to raise defects. The Defects Team will ensure defects contain enough information to enable thorough investigations take place, including a concise description of the steps taken to recreate the issue and including any failure evidence such as logs, error messages screen shots etc.A number of reports are produced on a daily and weekly basis, providing Project Managers, Test Managers and Senior Management with up to date defects and delivery schedule information. All R2 Test cycles(SIT, UAT, Model Office, Dress Rehearsal, OAT, Pre Production and Performance/Stress) used HP QC v11.0 to document all test scripts and defects.

    Working within Co-operative Bank over two Releases (1a/1b)to enhance the digital systems provided for online banking on desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones. which provided an improved range of options for Co-operative and Smile customers as well as updating the ‘look and feel’ of the Co-operative internet site. As the Defects Manager on the Digital Programme my role was to ensure all defects were managed and completed correctly with information required to enable the defects to be progressed further, that the correct priority was assigned to each defect and that the defect was assigned to the correct resource. I chaired and managed daily triage meetings to discuss defects and liaised with various 3rd Parties, product owners, business owners, development teams, infrastructure teams and test teams to ensure defects were resolved, fixed, deployed and retested in a controlled and agreed manner. A number of reports were provided to the teams and management on a daily and weekly basis detailing progress of defect management. R1a consisted of a BVT Test Cycle which used Jira to document all defects. All other R1a and R1b test cycles(SIT, INT, UAT, OAT and Performance/Stress) used HP QC v11.0 to document all test scripts and defects.Both R1a and R1b were delivered on time and to budget.

Migration was from Prime to VisionPLUS including all the various input formats into VisionPLUS format (including Data Warehousing) and the implementation of a number of new Barclaycard systems (BEM, BOC, BIR, BAT)I was End to End Defects Manager covering a number of Test Phases from Development through to Migration. I managed the coordination of resources in a number of different time zones/countries (UK, Germany, India and Singapore), organising and chairing a number of daily defects triages to progress defects, ensuring correct priority and severity is assigned and all relevant documentation attached.and producing a number of MI Reports, reporting any escalations required. A successful implementation was performed in early May 2013. Continued for a short time covering live implementation issues before moving over to Defect Manage the Spanish Market Migration
