Over my varied career I have had an interesting balance of corporate and entrepreneurial positions, which has stood me in good stead for the opportunities that have been given to me.These roles have allowed me to directly manage people, operations and systems while managing multiple accounts and projects. With my hands-on, procedural and operational approach, I was able to set-up and manage the Woolworths Retail Digital Signage Network in March 2004. This opportunity allowed me to start up my own digital advertising company, whereby we technically managed the environment, created all the digital content, sold advertising on the network, while adhering to the policies procedures and corporate identity of Woolworths, including managing the funding model.I have been involved with marketing research and analysis and have implemented policies and procedures based on this. Additionally, I have project managed countrywide media networks (technical) and implemented digital media channels, while been involved in vendor management.Working within the retail marketing environment for the past 10 + years has provided me with a unique digital perspective, as I have seen the immense growth of digital media and application thereof. I have worked extensively across all trading and services departments within Woolworths to ensure a digital delivery.These days I represent Moving Tactics as the Head of Digital Signage Solutions, backed by a talented group of individuals who live and breathe digital signage.
