Responsible for ensuring an efficient enrollment process that helps to achieve admissions goals. Work closely with academic faculty and staff to set goals for admissions and review challenges and concerns. Prepare data on current students to help departments for effectively plan for student management and instruction. Review applications, select candidates who best meet the criteria for enrollment, and communicate decisions. Ensure that the enrollment process is carried out with integrity while also making sure the process is accomplished as efficiently as possible. Monitor staff activities, evaluate employee performance, and provide necessary coaching and training. Develop recruiting plans and delegate admissions department representation and presentation responsibilities. Leadership, communication and budget management skills are core qualities to be successful in this position.
