Directly responsible for day-to-day operations of CCTT PDSS. This program maintains the software for the Army's largest virtual training simulation program. Requirements included hardware engineering, software engineering, finance, contracts, staffing, and all other aspects of a 10 million per year program consisting of upto 60 employees across hardware engineering, software engineering, cybersecurity, test engineering, and hardware maintenance as well as facility management for 16,000 sq ft. offic and lab.

Lead engineer on multiple efforts (often concurrently) across multiple engineering disciplines. Led teams of upto 8 people and asked to "finish" multiple programs as the program manager. Personal expertise in system engineering (requirements and test) as well as visual systems (projection, video distribution, and image generation). Worked on Recurring Skills Trainer (Rotary wing flight trainer), ANG BOSS refueling trainers, Amphibious Assault Vehicle Tactical Trainer (AAV-TT), and others.

Wide variety of test and system engineering functions on Reconfigurable Vehicle Simulator (HMMWV Training), UKCATT (Rotary Wing Training), SAGE (Image Generator), and other programs.
