Kevin Glenn Boris, Esq., an associate at Borrus, Goldin, Foley, Vignuolo, Hyman & Stahl, P.C., focuses his practice on all aspects of land use, zoning, municipal law, redevelopment and litigation. Kevin advises property owners, investors, managers and developers on land use, zoning, development, redevelopment and permitting issues related to residential, commercial, office, industrial and mixed-use properties, and helps clients in securing site plan, subdivision, variances and all other outside agency approvals. Before joining the firm in 2024, Kevin practiced at regional law firms and in-house at a property development company where he concentrated on litigation, municipal law, real estate, municipal land use and zoning, local redevelopment and housing law and affordable housing A skilled litigator, Kevin appears before New Jersey planning and zoning boards, and represents clients at trial and on appeal in federal and state courts. He served as counsel to the North Brunswick Planning Board and the West New York Zoning Board, and is a former Chairman of the Township of Fanwood Land Use Board and Environmental Commission. He is a member of the New Jersey, New York and Texas State Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in all three states. He served as a law clerk to the late retired Judge Edward J. Ryan, Superior Court, New Brunswick from September 2003 through August 2004. Kevin is a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law and The University of Texas at Austin.
