I am a hard working chef with a strong taste for achievement. I have an excellent background of English, French, American, Dutch and Mediterranean cuisines taught in kitchens by various international chefs. I have always worked in a kitchen with international backgrounds working hand in hand with chefs from France, Australia, India, Germany, America and England. I thrive on hard work and love working in fast paces kitchens and work well under pressure. I have the capability of running a kitchen with 10+ staff and know how to deal with conflict accordingly, I take criticism well as I think it drives me to work harder and strengthen my knowledge.
