Store manager for the Liffey valley branch in bbs coffee and muffins.

It is my job to aid in the daily tasks of running the shift in bbs. This sees me doing such tasks as baking muffins, hand crafting our coffees to the highest standards, the ordering/receiving of fresh food and materials in-store, cash handling and the supervision of staff in the performance of their daily roles.

It is my job to aid in the day to day running of the store. My usual tasks include cash handling, the preparation and presentation of fresh food products such as sandwiches, muffins and pastries etc. The placing/receiving of orders for fresh food and raw materials in-store. Hand crafting coffees. The supervision of our staff in-store during the course of their assigned shifts and to organize and maintain cleaning of the store to the highest possible standards.

My role with pelco is to assist with the preparation and distribution of our food and beverages whilst maintains the highest levels of cleanliness throughout the store. It is also my responsibility to supervise the daily cleaning and haccp procedures to ensure proper practices are used in store. Also I am responsible for overseeing that all haccp procedures are implemented correctly from the storage and rotation of our fresh food products to the disinfection and maintenance of all equipment used.
