I have lived in the Boise area most of my life and truly understand why the treasure valley is one of the best places to live in the U.S. In 2005 my wife and I purchased our first investment property and I have been involved in real estate ever since. I earned my real estate license in 2012 and was the top new Realtor in our office for that year. In 2013 I put my license inactive to help with a startup company that specialized in distributing and selling Liquid Natural Gas as an alternative fuel. I re-activated my license in 2018 and I am very excited about our market. Negotiated and maintained multiple fuel pricing contracts with trucking companies to improve sales volume. Safety - No chargeable accidents in the Western Region for five years. EPA – Passed all EPA audits and inspections

 Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing all cryogenic LNG and Diesel equipment. Mobilize and Demobilize portable LNG stations. Trained employees on safety and proper use of Cryogenic equipment. On Call 24/7 for emergency system down events. Bennett LNG and DSL dispenser certified. UST Certified: Idaho, Georgia, Tennessee, Indiana Developed and initiated an improved method of offloading LNG that reduced venting to the atmosphere and improved safety during offloads. Created a test system in coordination with Intermountain gas to capture vented natural gas from cryogenic tank and re-introduce it into the gas pipeline reducing vapor loss and reducing venting costs. Helped open two new locations. Maintained 99% uptime in region.
