Having started as apprentice sheet metal worker/fabricator /welder at The Morgan Motor Company, the opportunity to become H.O.D of the Tinshop was made available to me in 2004.I agreed to this role and never looked back.After four years I also became H.O.D of the assembly shop and then a few years later the Woodshop and Aeroshop as well as the manufacturing of M3W.This role involved managing the production line in all these areas on a day to day basis. In 2020 I was then offered a promotion into my current role as Production Engineer.Im now into my 26th year of employment at the company. Alongside this role due to my interest in French Bulldogs I designed and developed a product now known as Willowstep . Willowstep is a bespoke dog feeding station aimed at Brachycephalic dog breeds such as French Bulldogs and Pugs.The product is now patented and Willowstep is a Trademarked product.
