Main responsibilities:-Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers within the Life Science, Food and Beverage, Energy, Oil and Gas and General Manufacturing Industries. This includes onsite visits on a regular basis. -Providing quotations to these customers for software consultancy-Organising of company stall at various conferences within Ireland. Also assisted in presenting the company brand at the OSIsoft Users Conferences in San Francisco and Berlin. These included presenting and promoting the company brand to current and potential customers. -Implementation of ‘Salesforce’ into TQS and organising Salesforce training for staff. -Creation of new company website (www.tqsintegration.com); maintaining Company LinkedIn Profile and producing new company brochures. -Increasing sales through cold calling and visiting existing customers. -Re-branding of company vehicles.

Conducting market research for the Lubricants divison of Total Specialities, analysing past and present sales trends of Original Equipment Manufacturers in North America. Also assisting the National Accounts Manager in the preparation of Powerpoint Presentations and Excel Spreadsheets regarding key accounts for the company.

Working on stock replenishment on the shop floor for various sections of the store. Also responsible for placing new stock orders on a daily and weekly basis for various departments of the store.

Achieved a Second Class Honours Grade 2

Based in the Marketing Department, I assisted the Regional Coordinator with organising fundraisers for the Munster Region as part of work placement for my college degree. One of the main fundraisers is the annual Collection Day which is held throughout Ireland. As part of my role I was entrusted with recruiting volunteers and entertainment for the day in the Cork area. Other duties during my term with the company included general office duties, making phone calls and also helping out with the athletes at various events.
