I am proud of my involvement as a Board Member and Head of Operations of Goanna Solutions, an Indigenous majority-owned enterprise providing clients with an array of innovative, secure and intuitive technology solutions.As the head of Operations I set up and oversaw the processes and governance for Goanna Solutions and Goanna Education. This included setting up financial and accounting processes (Xero set up and configuration, payroll, BAS, invoicing etc.), tax and labour hire compliance (labour hire licensing, insurance, reporting) as well as strategic planning and people management.

Ezi Debt Collection (EDC) is changing the way debt collection is done in order to help small and medium-sized businesses get paid. EDC is a user-friendly online system making the most of technology to ensure that cash flow sensitive businesses are able to collect problem debt easily and cost-effectively.

Black Nova Group (BNG) is a venture builder in the tech and startup space. BNG both creates startups itself as well as partners with entrepreneurs and small companies through its Nebula Program, to grow and build their businesses. The Nebula Program has become a network of businesses that continue to grow with the support and expertise of BNG.BNG has a wealth of experience in business analysis and startup strategy/planning, and through its flagship company, Experience Digital, is able to provide software expertise to businesses who may not be fully funded or have the necessary knowledge of technology, whether it be User Interface design or Software and App Development. This partnership required immersive client interactions including technology advice, business process mapping as well as product and prototype development and testing.Providing a range of services to a number of Entrepreneurs in the planning, design and development of their startup ventures.

As a solicitor I continued to work closely with the founding partners of Allsop Glover Lawyers. As a predominantly Civil Litigation, Business and Commercial Law Firm, I gained vast experience with varying types of businesses and clients as well as varied legal case work. My 3 years with the law firm saw me develop skills in conflict management, case management, project management and client engagement.

While converting my Law degree in Australia, I worked closely with the founding partners of Allsop Glover Lawyers. As a predominantly Civil Litigation, Business and Commercial Law Firm, I gained vast experience with varying types of businesses and clients as well as varied legal casework. My 3 years with the law firm saw me develop skills in conflict management, case management, project management and client engagement.

As a paralegal I assisted various solicitors, senior associates and partners with a range of legal and administrative related tasks. This included research, document analysis and preparation as well as scheduling and attending meetings with clients.
