After one year in the project Lotus of CRG, I'm very excited with this promotion, is a new opportunity to improve the soft skills and continue adding value to my team in high tasks for the all process migrated from PPD.

General accountant in GL SAP team, I develop the account reconciliations and support MEC tasks, duringthese +3 years of experience with Stryker, I have experience with Fixed assets recs, capital accounts(common stock- Paid in Capital- Investments in subsidiaries-...), accrued payroll, AP accounts, Accruedcompensation, payroll, Accruals accounts. I have continuous improvement for my process, for example, Ihave severance and benefits processes that I improve with A3 projects as of today is a stand-aloneprocess. I have the correct control of the AP process and the follow-up control for the sub-ledger. I havestandardized the prepaid and amortization accounts creating training for my team to implement this standardized for the reconciliations. I’m participating in the R2R project standardization as an SME of thecapital accounts and accrued compensation.I have new complex accounting tasks in the GA team, for example, I have the payroll clearing account, AR process, and develop Control FS-13 for the certification of all account’s recs during the month and the FS review back up and develop the tasks for FS-31 to review P&L variations during the MEC and thesubmission Flash vs Actuals from Helios ERP as MEC control.I a part of the Deep Dive revision with the business to show our process. We work with the cross-audits as the experience of the reviewer of the accounts to avoid Internal controls findings. As of today, I’m in charge of the IRT sessions and coordination of projects with my team. I prepare Monthly meetings with the team to show the KPIs and create the correct strategy to improve them. Then I develop my backup plan for my tasks and create the correct change controls for my accounting tasks.

I worked for the R2R department in Accounting Support LAS Team, I'm charged for the monthly close, running the process for posting/revaluation/ HFM Submission, and activity related to the manual journal entries, (accruals, provisions, particularities entries for the affiliate, amortizations, ...) The daily activities during the month affect the general ledger and open items resolutions overall universe of accounts. Affiliate support and take control over audit requirements. The company experienced a transition process from the center to Poland, we have experience in a successful transition.

During this time (Feb 18- Sep 19), I worked for the R2R department in Reconciliations Team, preparing reconciliations on the AP, AR processes, and reconstruction and mapping for the payroll process, as well as other processes to a lesser extent. Additionally, I participated in the audit and redefinition of certain processes, for example, the RNV (Receipt Not Vouchered) account. This process was critical and hasn’t been done in several years. As of the 3rd quarter of 2019, the account was reconciled properly, and the process was 100% mapped and running smoothly.I have implemented automation in different tasks which created "whitespaces". During the closing of themonth, I supported the Accounting Support Department with the posting of journal entries and their respective review. I participated in the balance sheets review meetings and presentation of accounts status.
