Super Lead Engineer - Overall Lead on an International multi-office workshare project. I was responsible for all Civil-Structural oversight, execution office alignment and project execution. I developed an execution strategy that is now being adopted throughout the Jacobs P&C Business Line.Program Lead Engineer - Overall program Civil-Structural oversight, manage a group of engineers and designers with the goal of meeting scheduled commitments within estimated man-hour budgets, coordinate project training and team alignment with corporate business strategies, serve a primary client contact person, administrative leadership, develop man-hour estimates and budgets, schedule development, audit oversight, develop and maintain program specifications and standard drawings, coordinate multiple small capital projects with our domestic and overseas employees using effective communication skills. Technical skills include structural design and analysis using a multitude of computer programs suited to fit the civil-structural engineering and design needs.

I worked for this very young company while looking for a position in Civil/Structural Engineering. While working for this company I was responsible for developing the company's safety program and all QA/QC for our project.
