It's tough for me to start in hospitality as an apprentice at the beginning despise the higher educational background i had before. With passion and patience, i finish the cooking apprenticeship early than planned.Keep growing in Hilton Adelaide, as well as many other hotel restaurant cafe, taking care of all the sections in commercial cooking, including A la carte lunch and dinner, buffet breakfast, inroom dining, pub style fast food, banquet, etc.Resume may be not marvelous, but i have confidence to show more than expected.
