* Review and monitor regularly the KPIs, measure the gaps with target and report to theManagement.* Perform fact-based review and audit on a regular basis already functioning with the globalsystems, policies and processes, example - awareness of the capabilities of the systems, knowledgeof the operations processes, trainings for all operations, correct usage of the system, SOP etc.* Conduct root cause analysis of underperforming KPI, detect weakness and gaps.* Identify operational impacts of business transformation (e.g. new business setup, newbusiness models, policies etc).* Act as a bridge between the Operating companies and Global HQ.* Produce business cases on these change requests (scenario, pros and cons and cost benefitanalysis)* Work together with Regional HQ and Global HQ IT to train/re-train or ad hoc basis trainingfor exception situation to the super users to ensure processes and polices are adhered.* Work together with the Regional HQ and Global HQ IT to assist all super users to utilizereports from the systems to compile statistics for analysis and prepare management reports formanagement.* Update process related documentation and develop new documentation if new processesare implemented, inclusive of flowchart, narrative, SOP, etc* Perform ongoing process improvement that will meet dynamic business needs* Ensure the documentation is consistent with the business rules, policies and proceduresvalidated by the product division* Perform other duties as needed.
