Senior Project Engineer
Current• Mentor junior engineers on all aspects of engineering principles.• Review and approve purchase requests, cost estimates, design proposals, reports and drawings.• Design solenoid valves with the assistance of CFD simulation.• Assist ISO team for external surveillance audits by a third party.• Lead meetings with manufacturing, sales and quality to review new designs.• Create design proposals on variety of products to meet customer specifications.• Travel to customers for conceptual reviews.• Develop prototype drawings to be quoted for cost estimates.• Build and test prototypes to compare against FEA Simulations.• Document prototype test results in engineering reports provided to the customer.• Analyze returned products and completed inspection reports.
