Kevin spent a decade representing corporations, carriers, and their insureds at Devine, Millimet, PA. He handled a broad range of litigated and insurance coverage matters, through trial and appeal. He then spent approximately 4 years at RiverStone Claims managing attorneys and senior claims professionals overseeing litigation prosecuted nationally, with an emphasis on environmental/toxic tort claims. These suits were filed in the most "unfriendly" jurisdictions in the country, and involved complex coverage and litigation issues with reserves in excess of $100 million. Kevin is a former builder/contractor who built custom homes and provided remodeling services for more than 14 years. He also personally performed the complete remodeling of the CullenCollimore office building, from the wide pine floors through to the tin ceilings. This background gives him a unique perspective in his representation and mediation/arbitration services in construction cases.
