I've worked on a wide variety of projects as an artist, art director, director and writer. I've also created and sold original projects for both film and TV, but my start came with my brother, a six minute short, and one antique Mac. That short would become the first film shot entirely again green screen (okay, blue). Sky Captain & The World of Tomorrow would go on to win a several awards along with kind words from people like George Lucas, James Cameron and Roger Ebert, who credited it with helping launch the digital filmmaking revolution. Through the years I've had the pleasure of being invited to speak at several colleges, studios and film festivals about the evolution of filmmaking and our small part in it. I'm also an award winning illustrator whose clients include: Los Angeles Times, Citibank, Miller Brewing, Coca-Cola, NFL, NBA and Major League Baseball.Earlier this year Dynamite Entertainment published a book of my work ; Kevin Conran's Sky Captain & The Art of Tomorrow. Most recently, I’ve been tied up with another little secret project promising to break new ground… we’ll see!
