• Site based consulting by performing insurance and business interruption risk surveys including video surveys and desktop risk assessments of various commercial and industrial occupancies from a property insurance loss prevention perspective. • Analysis and verification of submitted values and information from a variety of sources to generate high quality data analytics and risk summary reports for underwriters, risk engineering managers, brokers and corporate buyers of insurance.• Conduct assessments and studies to identify fire, explosion and other related industry hazards for various commercial and industrial occupancies including adequacy of management loss control programs and high technology industries. • Provide recommendations on fire protection, loss prevention and control, industry best practices, human element practices, maintenance programs and business continuity in line with recognised industry standards such as NFPA and FM Global.• Determine various loss scenarios and estimate losses including property damage, machinery breakdown, loss of stock, business interruption and supply chain interruption and develop risk rating tools and systems.• Analysis of key natural peril exposures and determine natural catastrophe losses for exposed locations using various tools. Provide recommendations on physical systems and administrative procedures to minimize the impact of natural hazard events.• Hands-on experience and knowledge of innovative insurtech products and solutions throughdevelopment, testing and partnerships.
