Provided on-site support to mechanical and electrical contractors during system installation. Responsible for controls, electrical, and mechanical inspections of system. Performed system integration testing for TSA compliance.Boston Logan Airport - Supported system integration testing of baggage handling systems for security compliance. Reviewed mechanical and electrical shop drawing submittals for compliance to design specifications and industry standards. Performed electrical and mechanical punchlist inspections.

Led tail driveshaft failure root cause analysis, redesign, and testing for field risk assessment and design improvement validation. Presented design solution and obtained $85k project funding for implementation of new design.Completed root cause analysis on common seal leaks. Established design, assembly, and overhaul procedure improvements to reduce occurrence of leaks. Developed project plan and obtained ~$300k funding to implement improvements.
