I'm building an ecosystem for the drug development community.  Over the last 20+ years, I've helped bootstrap two consulting companies serving the needs of biotech and pharma drug development. The latest one I happen to also own, Precision Medicine Consultants LLC.  What's become glaringly obvious in this experience is:-Relationships matter.-One size does not fit all.-Specializing in a specific niche is paramount.-Ability to deliver good people quickly is gold.In today's world, the reality is it is very difficult to find a company that can actually deliver on this. It's a brutal hiring market on many fronts.  My goal is to help change that for the clients we work with.Cliff notes of my career:*Precision Medicine Consultants LLC: Founded and manage the business and daily operations to serve the needs of targeted drug development organizations.  We are in year 11.  *Orbis Clinical: Employee #2 hired to lead sales and recruiting of Risk Management service offering.  Established physician practice leading to ~55% of annual revenue approaching $15M. Successful exit to Maxim Healthcare and Inc 500 fastest growing companies recognition. Attended every President's Club.*Darwin Partners: Principal Account Executive during .com boom.  Multiple President's Club and Darwin Culture Award winner.  A tremendous group of humans.*Asta AB: #2 sales rep nationally for launch of the Pulmicort Turbuhaler.  #1 sales rep in New England for Rhinocort.*AT&T: First job out of college selling T1 access and this new internet thing to small and medium size businesses. What a learning experience. I'm blessed with a terrific wife who is a 1st grade teacher, 2 beautiful, athletic, smart, fun daughters, and have what might be the most handsome energetic Llewellyn Setter on the planet, Baxter.   I'm all in on my relationships with an ever expanding family and friend network.
