As a Mechanical Engineer, I have always worked with computer software and heavy machinery. Because of the enthusiasm I have around managing the computer-related and troubleshooting side, I have opted to move from Engineering to Information Technology. With my solid skills in troubleshooting, precision, deadlines, quality assurance, and following through with a job from design to completed product, I have started training myself in basic IT Support and Network Operations. I have also worked in the Sales and Technical Support industry, where I educated, managed, and supported my customers on their tooling solutions. This has given me a strong customer focus and the ability to help and train people at the level they require.
