The Community Impact Director position leads in the area of public and community relations for the Sarasota area. The position requires extensive background in sales and marketing to build strong relationships with local businesses and existing corporate and community partnerships. Required to lead the volunteer recruitment initiative through community events and conduct presentations to promote the organizations visibility and mission. Creates and implements a structured agency wide recruitment plan for each fiscal year. Works directly with the VP of Marketing and Communications with agency events, promotional/marketing materials, and community outreach.

The Sports Buddies Coordinator role is to lead the implementation/operation along with the promotion/marketing of the program. Create activities and events for program participants through relationship with sports organizations and community and business partners. Cultivate relationships with corporate businesses and professional sports organizations. Create donor development and involvement through our community and corporate partnerships.

The VP of Management position required the following; sales: company representative for sales calls and meetings, maintaining customer contact and relations, conduct meetings and presentations, entertain clients for lunch and dinners; project management: cost evaluations on materials, on-site management, maintain sub contractors relationships; marketing and advertising: create marketing materials, website supervision, manage advertising, maintain database and email programs; office management: accounts payable/receivable, research new products and materials, conduct bid/cost and profit/loss evaluations and statements.
