I have been promoted to this position since 05/10/15 after 5 years of being Senior Supervisor, I Manage all Access requirements work closely with the on Site Sheq Advisor have weekly meetings with our commercial personnel,forecast budgets for the Outages and Project works,attend meetings with the Client and Plant owner,scope and quote Access requirements,have weekly meetings with the Divisional Director about commercial and any on Site issues.Liase with the Supervision and workforce on a daily basis it is a very challenging task with a workforce of around one hundred personnel during Outage periods.

I am employed as the Senior Site Supervisor overseeing the daily running of all access requirements on the site,liaising with the Site Manager and the QS on a daily basis and the Senior Operations Manager on a weekly basis,attending meetings with the clients Sub Contracts Engineer and The Scaffolding Coordinator,planning the daily work with the Supervisors and Chargehands,ordering the materials and making sure that that all the workforce are adhering to the Companies Safe Systems of work policies.

When I first joined the Company I was employed as the Area Supervisor over seeing the daily running of 7 to 9 projects ranging from the PFI new school building project where Balfour Beatty was the principal contractor the Tinsley Viaduct Project through Cleveland Bridge and the Shut Downs on Spalding Power Station.I went onto become the Site Manager on Eggborough Power Station over seeing all aspects of access requirements during Outage and Project works liaising with the Senior Operations Manager and the Finance Director on a weekly and monthly basis.
