• Oversee multiple projects across all the phases of execution, including: planning, engineering/design, procurement, expediting, field construction and billing• Provide expertise and support to assist construction team onsite• Manage industrial projects ranging in value from $10,000 to $5,000,000. Customers included LyondellBasell, Axial, Marathon Petroleum, Dow Chemical, Shell Oil, McDermott, Citgo, The Linde Group, Cal Energy • Plan and set all project timelines, milestones and deliverables using the Primavera P6• Work closely with design, procurement, construction and accounting personnel to manage projects from inception to completion• Establish a project management plan for each approved project

• Manage daily operations of warehouse• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs, operational, and personnel policy and procedures• Manage all receiving, logistics, and outgoing inventory• Responsible for purchasing order fulfillment and quality control• Maintain vendor relationships• Maintain physical condition of warehouse/yard by planning and implementing new design layout for faster productivity and efficiency
