I am a results-driven and student-focused professional with a passion for leading program development, new student onboarding, global recruitment and counseling services. I possess expertise in international practices and the variations based on different regions, and offer deep insight on how to enhance screening and application review processes. I work with students on setting their schedules and getting connected with resources for continued support. An articulate communicator, I oversee seminars, orientations, and workshops for students and families to maximize brand visibility, boost enrollment, and assist in a smooth transition onto campus. I am additionally skilled records management, student interventions, curriculum implementation, and supervising transfers.I have been fortunate enough to support many students, teachers, administrators, and families over the years. I have done this while experiencing different parts of the world and cultures. My international journey kicked off when I moved to the United States from England with a soccer scholarship. I had always possessed the bug to travel and had set myself goals to become a first-generation university graduate. Moving to the USA checked all these boxes! After playing and coaching soccer at the collegiate level I had a calling to step into the realm of counseling. Having spoken at length with several friends who had worked around the world at international schools my interest was sparked! It was obvious how inspired and enriched they had been by their experiences, which both my family and I would gladly relay to others having now lived it ourselves.I like to think of myself as approachable, kind, and thoughtful. No doubt that my soft skills are a major asset in working and getting along with people on an everyday basis. Building relationships is key!
