Within this company I fulfill the roll of Project leader business development within the Global Spare Parts department where I’m responsible for:• Executing and rolling out development projects with focus on data and processes in areas related to technology or supply chain.• Measure performance and report on progress made against previously defined targets• Actively manage the change and engage process within project scope• Facilitate continuous improvement / lessons learned using project management tools• Define opportunities for project pipeline with• Support Line management to make improvements successful

• Managing the ordering team within Global Spare Parts• Driving business growth by building a clear roadmap/strategy• Executing and measuring results based on clear settled KPI’s• Executing proper Stake-holder management• Driving and managing complex logistical situations • Identifying and implementing process improvements

In this function I was responsible for the operational buying of the commodity turning and milling. Besides these activities, I was responsible for all operational procurement towards our Asian suppliers, included the custom clearance.
