What does a portfolio integration manager do? Honestly I kinda wondered that myself when I took on the role. Here's what it is. I'm responsible for leading initiative scoping for the Ford Enterprise Connectivity Portfolio team. EC portfolio team is responsible for managing the entire set of capabilities for connected vehicles for the Ford Motor Company. Connected vehicle features span literally hundreds of product teams across the connected vehicle ecosystem. When a request comes in for some new connected vehicle capability, my job is to identify all the impacted product teams and help them figure out where in the long list of features this new request should fit. So the "integration" part is about integrating people and teams to arrive at a viable, feasible, and desirable solution.

Development time decreased by as much as 25% as a result, directly translating into a 25% increase in revenue.• Cleaned up the product backlogs and revenue reporting which removed $2 million of outdated and unrecognizable revenue.• Developed a standard scoring model that more objectively prioritized user requests, further reducing and refining the backlog into actual needs.• Designed the approach for implementing interfaces between Care360 EHR and over 50 U.S. state immunization registries.
