His past work has touched on almost every technology vertical ranging from telecommunications to finance and healthcare, and Kevin is passionate about assisting organizations to develop the integrity of their customer and user experience strategy, services, and products, ensuring strong design consistency throughout. Kevin has provided crucial design management and leadership–all founded on real-world, hands-on design experience–to many influential North American companies, including CVS Health, Alberta Courts, Capital One, Adobe, and many more. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Carleton University (Ottawa).Kevin's other passion is architectural design. He maintains a small, boutique firm that focusses on modest, modern and high performance building design. The two metiers (XD and Architecture) are not so incongruous. Each informs the other.
