I have worked in Learning and Development for over 12 years and in that time have developed a range of skills that have allowed me to create professional e-learning, virtual classrooms and Instructor-led training materials and training high end automotive clients. I currently work as an instructional Designer at the Henry Ford Academy, a position I have been in since 2022.Not only do I specialise in interactive and instructional design but I also have a high level of experience in digital media production including camera operation, editing, colour grading to create training materials for the automotive sector in sales, aftersales, customer experience and technical procedures. This covers both passenger and Commercial vehicle markets.My primary role and core skills are strongly based around course development, using software such as Articulate Storyline to create bespoke training modules. I would say that not only am I proficient in using this software but have also been able to use it to create training materials far beyond the software's original ability.Additionally, I am also keen in researching and applying new and up & coming e-learning trends and technologies such as VR, AR, informal learning and gamification.
