- Gradually started taking more complex products and made steady progress in building up the technical know-how;- Went through dedicated ground work planner to business operations, knowing well about the systematic process from internal to external made a great impact to overall strategic business planning and execution;- Organized a series of refreshment E2E training to the planning team and related functional teams was one of the fundamental step for future seamless collaboration and hence achievements.

- While handling planning procurement, I’ve started to touch on high level conversations about business as another role to assist GM, from which I learnt deeper on business operations that educated me more than what I had studied in university;- Leadership is the first and foremost in business operations & execution, which has heart-felt and also brought me up to higher level in terms of management know-how;- Availability championship in LOVN 2013 again

- With functional teams built up , I started moving back the official role of planning and established the dedicated planning team of LY;- Availability was started improving from only 64% in 2008 to over target in 2009, then awarded LOVN champion in consecutive year of 2010-2011;- Where I also learnt the most important thing to achieve great results relying on strong team work & mutual understanding with functional & production teams;- A dedicated planning team was completely setup from then.

- Assignment for oversea job to support starting up business with adidas- Start from zero to build adidas system and process in LY group - Take care of project transfer from a bankruptcy shoe factory to LY, which was a nightmare but yet the most I learnt during this period of time! - Manage from materials purchasing, sample making, pattern clarification, Tooling opening, commercialization and order receiving & procurement until delivery. Fully functional through E2E execution made a great impact in my career life.

- Was a sudden assignment to fill in the vacant position of planning supervisor - 5 different brands in one package to handle which was pretty challenging at the beginning - Great team work spirit, being humble to ask questions and good in managing data and schedule made me successful to monitor the overall schedule within 3 months, where I started loving planning job;- Very strong in data analysis and process optimization skill enabled me to streamline & standardize the SOP of planning process E2E, which had significantly improved the communication efficiency and quality among all functional departments, and eventually reflected to smoother production schedule & better delivery availability

- Build up BOM, make Colorswatch book and Samples - Support Supervisor on daily English communication through emails and panel meetings on project development with foreign/local PjMs- Purchase & track materials for my own projects - Follow up projects from development to production- Coordinate with internal and external functional teams to solve problems whenever it incurs

- Trained on sales skills and teamwork - Know-how on the hi-fi audio system setup- Great experiences in understanding the consumers’ need through face to face communication and negotiation which is impactful for my later career development

- as the head teacher of 2 classes for freshman and sophomore in University - received the offer to stay in school as an official teacher after graduation with the personal good performance in study, teaching and well organized skills in teamwork & leadership as Vice President of Student Union

- as a part-time job to financially support school fees - In charge of English class for middle to high school students
