I am currently a highly experienced Senior Resource Analyst specialising in resource and data modelling for customer facing and back office activity. I create, maintain and develop robust and accurate short, medium and long term plans and financial models for diversely skilled teams across the organisation. I routinely create and develop detailed capacity models to review and improve performance and provide strategic solutions to resourcing and capacity risks and opportunities to improve customer service. I have lead teams of various sizes to deliver accurate short term resource plans based on the latest best views and worked closely with senior operational stakeholders to cover gaps in requirements to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
