About Kevin Doherty

My firm exclusively practices management side labor and employment law. It is a boutique law firm that represents small, mid sized and large employers. We have offices in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.We have a strong litigation practice in the traditional areas of defending harassment, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower and overtime actions, including class actions. We also have a significant practice in trade secret and non-compete litigations, as well as union disputes.
