This led to MDS cutting three dozen unprofitable clients to focus on keeping our high-margin clients satisfied and allocating our resources to growing these profitable accounts.Analytics: I created the predictive analytics/ML function at MDS, sourced the data, developed predictive marketing models and business intelligence tools, and trained the analysts. My team and I used traditional statistical techniques, machine learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to design, build and deploy our models. This led to MDS winning 19 head-to-head tests.
